At Arpita & Sulakshana, we strive to ensure your designer pieces fit perfectly, offering a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all luxury tags intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our concierge team with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Carefully pack the garment in its original packaging; our team will verify the request and provide a prepaid shipping label for eligible returns.

  Safe Transit

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup to ensure the secure return of your luxury items to our studio.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once our quality control team approves the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange item will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
